If you submit a buy request or an offer, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, apartment or building details (optional), message (optional), and offer amount where relevant.

If you send feedback or a bug report, we may collect the details you provide in that form.

How we use it

We use this information to review setup requests, reply to buyers, manage item availability, confirm payments manually, provide support, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics only after you accept the cookie banner. This helps us understand page visits, CTA clicks, and setup request conversions.

Service providers

Mooving uses trusted providers to run the service, including Vercel for hosting, Firebase for app data and authentication, Google Analytics for consent-based analytics, and Resend for email delivery.

Data retention

We keep request and support data only for as long as needed to run the service, manage active requests, keep basic records, and resolve issues.
