Requests and offers

Submitting a setup request, buy request, or offer does not create a binding contract and does not complete a payment.

Buy requests may be prioritised over offers. Availability can change at any time until payment has been confirmed.

Acceptance and payment

If a request is accepted, the item may be reserved while payment is arranged. An item is only treated as sold once payment has been confirmed by the seller.

Payments are handled off-platform using the seller’s chosen payment method, such as bank transfer, Revolut, or cash.

Collection and condition

Unless stated otherwise, item collection is in person. Dismantling, transport, and suitability checks are the buyer’s responsibility.

Items are listed as accurately as possible, but buyers should confirm details, condition, dimensions, and collection requirements before payment or pickup.

Setup requests

Setup requests are request-only. No payment is taken through the setup request form. Timing, fit, and final setup details are confirmed separately before anything moves forward.
